RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns or Exchanges for Online Store (E-Shop) Purchases/Order

You have the right to return or exchange any product that has not been custom-made, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that have been custom-made or personalized according to the customer's specifications, in accordance with applicable distance selling regulations.

Fill in the enclosed returns and exchanges form provided with your order, indicating the item(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for return or the new size/product for exchange.

Step 2 – Product Packaging

Place the item(s) in their original packaging along with the completed return form.

Attach the return label to the outside of the package and clearly include our contact details.

Step 4 – Shipping the Return

You may return the parcel:

To a physical En Oiko Dimiourgies store (Limassol, Nicosia, Paphos) with the purchase receipt (either printed or digital).

Via postal service or the same courier used for the original shipment.

Through any courier of your choice, at your own responsibility, to the following address:

Note:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or was incorrectly sent by our company.

The customer is responsible for the product until it reaches our premises.

 We strongly recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds – Processing

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), using the same payment method as the original transaction.

If you prefer a store credit voucher for future use, this can be arranged by request and will be sent via email.

To exchange an item:

  • Follow the return process for the original product.
  • Then, you may:
  1. Place a new order through the e-shop
  2. Contact us for assistance with the exchange process
  3. Visit a physical En Oiko Dimiourgies store for an immediate in-store exchange
